You may cancel your order without giving any reason within 8 days. The withdrawal period starts from the receipt of the last item(s) in your order.

Returning the products is the customer’s responsibility, and all associated costs are borne by them.

We can only accept products that are in undamaged condition!

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@platinumsport.hu stating your intention to return, your order number, and your bank account details.

2. Wait for our reply, in which we will confirm and coordinate the return process with you.

3. Place the product(s) you wish to return in the original packaging/box in which your order arrived. Please ensure the product’s packaging remains undamaged as well!
